Changes to TDMS Version 6.5

Adjusted Weight
Now reverts to 1.2 x IBW when total body weight > 1.2 x IBW. Previously, it reverted to IBW.

Creatinine Clearance
CLcr is now calculated using IBW rather than adjusted weight

Digoxin
Vd and CL are now calculated using total body weight rather than adjusted weight

Vancomycin & Aminoglycosides

“Dosing weight” is now used for calculating Vd and CL in all but infants. Dosing weight is now IBW + 0.4 x (total weight - IBW).

Phenytoin

Steady-state phenytoin has been added. This is appropriate primarily for outpatient phenytoin therapy. Non-steady-state phenytoin is under development.

Bugs Fixed

A bug in oral dosage form selection in Routine analysis that sometimes caused the program to crash has been fixed.

An error in the vancomycin loading dose calculation was corrected.
Occasional inaccurate display of F on printed reports has been remedied.
